RORY ROBERT RISINGER, SR.

Graveside services for Rory Robert Risinger Sr., 65, of San Augustine, were held Saturday, December 30, 2023 at East Hamilton Cemetery in Shelby County with Bro. Joseph Hone officiating. He passed away Monday, December 25, 2023, in San Augustine.

Born January 1, 1958, in Orange, Rory is the son of Paul Gene Risinger and Virginia Welch Risinger. He loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. Rory was a member of Dunnigan Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Lana Risinger; children, Rachelle Wilson and husband Jonathan, Rory Risinger Jr. and wife Joann, Logan Holbrook and wife Kelly, and Lindsey Holbrook; grandchildren, Wesley Jellison, Shelby Jellison, Sylvia Risinger, Charlotte Risinger, and Laytin DeCuir; great grand, Oakley Jellison; sisters, Ramona Chisum, Rebecca Green, and Robyn Soto.

Arrangements were under the direction of Watson and Sons Funeral Home in Center.
