EARL DOUGLAS BEHAN

Earl Douglas Behan, 71, of Hemphill, Texas passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024 at his residence.

Doug was born November 23, 1952 in Hornbeck, Louisiana. He had worked in many place over the years in construction before settling in Sabine County more than 20 years ago. He and his wife, Rebecca, owned and operated WAR Construction serving Hemphill and the surrounding area.

Doug is survived by his mother, Sue Jordan of Dallas; wife, Rebecca Behan of Hemphill; son, Justin Behan and wife, Marissa, of League City; daughter, Olivia Eppinette and husband, Corey, of Taylor; sister, Faye Boyette and husband, Chet, of Dallas; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.
