JAMES KELVIN “BUMP” DAVIS

Funeral services for Mr. James Kelvin “Bump” Davis, age 47, of San Augustine will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at True Vine Baptist Church with Rev. S.J. Clark officiating. Interment to follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Garner and Son Chapel.

Mr. Davis was born June 22, 1976 and departed this physical life on March 22, 2024, at Chi St. Luke Memorial Hospital in San Augustine.

He is survived by his son, Lakerron LaJames Davis of Tyler; parents Johnny & Irene Davis of San Augustine; brother: Tydrick Jerome Davis of Nacogdoches, Steven Jabbar Davis of San Augustine, Johnny Terrell Davis of San Augustine, Edward Dayne Davis of Nacogdoches; sister, Ira Jean Davis of San Augustine, Sonya Bell Moore of Lufkin; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Percy Garner and Son Mortuary in San Augustine.
