ELEANOR RUTH BARNES PERRY

Funeral services for Eleanor Ruth Barnes Perry, 77, of Houston, were held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at China Chapel Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fred Dade, officiating the service. Interment followed at Redland Cemetery. Viewing will be held prior to services from 9:00 a.m. until Noon at Garner & Son Chapel in San Augustine.

Mrs. Perry leaves behind a son, Davan Perry and wife, Starsa, of Houston; daughters, Nichelle Perry of Houston; Alecia Perry Thompson, and Jenifer, of Richmond; twelve grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; four brothers, J C Barnes of San Augustine; Albert Barnes and wife, Martha, of San Augustine; Charles Roberts and wife, Ida, of Nacogdoches; Joe Barnes and wife, Jewel, of Houston; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Percy Garner & Son Mortuary will be in charge of the arrangements.
