GRACIE EDWARDS

Funeral services for Mrs. Gracie Edwards, 93, of San Augustine will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at New Union Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. Orvin Garrett officiating the services. Interment will follow at Union Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Garner & Son Mortuary Chapel. Mrs. Edwards passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023.

Her survivors include her daughter, Leatrice Burrell and husband, Johnny, of San Augustine; son, Carlvin Edwards of San Augustine; God daughter, Tabatha Jones and husband, Cliff, of Houston; brother, Edward R. Borders of Houston; sisters, Betty Holman of Houston; Pearline Tate and husband, Charles, of San Augustine; Joy Borders of San Augustine, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Percy Garner & Son Mortuary will be in charge of the arrangements.
