Funeral services for Lemmie Edward Hosey, 76, of San Augustine will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at New Day Deliverance Holiness Church, 9001 Mesa Drive, Houston, with Apostle Richard R. Taylor, serving as the Eulogist.

Mr. Lemmie Edward Hosey Served in the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Pastor Musetta Hosey, five children, two brothers, two sisters and 37 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Interment will be at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.

Services were handled by Sid Roberts Funeral Home located at 33535 S.E. Stallings, Dr., Nacogdoches, TX 75961.

The competed in 4 divisions which included Senior Division Sighted, Senior Division Non-Sighted, Junior Division Sighted and Junior Division Non-Sighted.
