Macune Cemetery Association Homecoming

The Macune Cemetery Association will hold their annual homecoming, Saturday, October 14, 2023.

A funraiser is planned with the following generously donated prizes: Quilt, $100.00 Walmart gift card, $200.00 cash, $100.00 Harbor Freight gift card, $100.00 Academy gift card.

Your $1.00 donation for a ticket may be purchased from any committee member or at the homecoming before the drawing. You do not have to be present to win. If you do not wish to purchase a ticket but would like to make a donation to the cemetery perpetual fund, you may send your donation to the Commercial Bank of Texas, PO Box 639, San Augustine, Texas 75972 or to any committee member.

Please make plans to attend and join in the fellowship, Saturday, October 14, 2023. Bring your favorite side dishes, deserts, and soft drinks to share at the noon meal. The meat will be furnished. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs. The committee looks forward to seeing and visiting with family and friends.

The committee members express their appreciation to those of you who faithfully support the perpetual care of the cemetery through your donations, selling, and purchasing tickets. This has proven to be a successful and fun way to insure the future care of a place that is very special to so many.
