DARRIS DEWAYNE HENSON

Funeral services for Darris Dewayne Henson, 51, of Hemphill were held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Interment followed at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Pastor Orvin Garrett officiating the ceremony. He passed away on October 7, 2023 at his residence in Hemphill.

Mr. Henson was born on August 24, 1972 to Martha Henson.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Domonique Sade’ Henson of Nacogdoches; son, Ja’Darris Dewayne Henson of Hemphill; mother, Martha Henson of Hemphill; grandmother, Addie Henson of Hemphill; sisters, Cheryl Grant, Gloria Flowers, Easter LaHoma, Tonya Henson and husband, Darryle; Na”Tasha Horn; brothers, James Flowers III and wife, Melissa; Zavy Turner; James Millsap; Randall Parson and wife, Daphne; and Jeremy (Charlene) Bell as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
