FORUM - SFA’s Center for Applied Research and Rural Innovation (CARRI) hosted a Forum on Rural Economic Development Tuesday, July 2nd, focusing on regionalism and how counties can work together to accomplish goals and share resources. The forum was hosted with combined counties/towns to network and foster relationships. San Augustine was well represented with guests from the county, city, AgriLife office, Main Street board, school district. Others in attendance were county judges from Jasper and Sabine Counties, DETCOG, Deep East Texas Workforce, Evergreen Technology Solutions. Submitted Photo
